This morning Saia and Gabe from Tamaki collage came into the year seven and eight block at
Pt England school. They came into talk about their trip to the united states of america. They introduced them self again as they have once before, and then they showed us a little bit of what and where they were and doing. It looked pretty cool to be honest. In the little video it showed us where they went like Google,Facebook,Microsoft,Ideo,Xero and more other stuff. My favourite part of the talk was the video because they it showed us where they went and where some places are like google and facebook.

Why is sleep important
Do you know how much sleep you get per night? Well it really depends on what time you wake up and go to sleep. As I, am a Child I should be going to go bed by 7:00 - 8:00pm. When we fall asleep our brain and body kind of rotates into a deep sleep or a lite sleep. As we are humans we should at least be getting about 9-11 hours of sleep. By the time we are actually asleep, we wake up in the morning and wonder what time did we actually go to sleep. When I wake up I always go and look at the time to see if I am late or not. Most mornings when I wake up I wonder, “ What time did I go to sleep”? Here is a photo of times that we should go to sleep. As you can see newborns, infants and toddlers have the most sleep because they can get sleepy easily. Newborns have the most sleep because they stay asleep until they eat, and then when they have had their food or bottle they might stay up for a while or they will fall back asleep. As we sleep it is like there are little people working on night shift inside of your brain. It is like as if they are refreshing your brain and body for a new day to start fresh. As Soon as we fall asleep there is like a clock that appears inside of your head, Not a real lock, like a wake up clock. Did you know that the more sleep that you get means that you will start of a new day fresh and you won’t be that tired in the morning if you go to sleep early. Sleeping contains the memo of your brain to start strong and fresh in the morning and to have a good day with your school friends or work. Make sure that you go to sleep early so that you can wake up to be fresh and have a new start to your life.
